Uplift is nonprofit food rescue organization whose mission is to reduce hunger and food waste in the Leon county area by rescuing healthy, nutritious surplus food and distributing it to those in need. The food we rescue every day gets diverted from landfills and is used to feed those in need, making Tallahassee a more environmentally responsible metropolitan area. We serve Tallahassee, Fl area with ambitious plan to expand into neighboring counties in the future.

At SPIN, we believe in providing more than just assistance; we aim to empower single parents with the support they need to navigate challenging times. Your strength is our inspiration, and we are committed to being a steadfast resource in your journey towards stability and prosperity. We offer single parents, or anyone needing supplemental income to apply to work from home with our partner organization.
Holiday Aid Program
Uplift Community Outreach Holiday Aid Program
Bring joy to a child in need this holiday season with the Uplift Community Outreach Holiday Aid Program! This initiative is dedicated to providing holiday gifts—both wrapped and unwrapped—to underprivileged children ages 1 to 15.
Families must meet the Florida state poverty level guidelines to qualify. Applications must be submitted by December 5th to ensure every child experiences the magic of the holiday season.
Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify, household income must meet the following limits:

For households larger than eight, add $5,140 for each additional person.
How to Apply
Submit your application online or visit our office before December 10. Gifts are sent out by December 20th.Proof of income, identification, and family size are required to complete the application process.

Restored to His Grace is a women’s faith-based community dedicated to spiritual growth, healing, and emotional restoration through prayer and support. Our mission is to provide a safe and uplifting space for women to deepen their relationship with God, heal from past wounds, and find strength through faith. Uplift is dedicated to closing the educational gap for underprivileged children. UPLIFT Academy focuses on providing comprehensive educational support and life skills training to foster the academic and personal growth of young individuals.
